Shortlisted names for UK proptech awards are announced

The shortlist for the UK Prop Tech awards has been announced.

The lengthy list includes Faisal Butt, of PiLabs, and Andrew Baum, of Oxford University, both up for special achievement awards. Butt was this week announced as the first ‘dragon’ on the Ministry of Housing’s new technology team.

Gary Chimwa, who has organized proptech events, is on the list of names up for a diversity advocate award.

Joshua Morris, of Knight Frank, is among those nominated for the proptech advocate award, while London agent and co-founder of The Depositary, Kristjan Byfield, is among nominations for young leader.

JLL, Base Property Specialists and NHS Property Services are among nominees for their adoption of technology, and lettings platform Goodlord plus image technology firm Matterport are among those nominated for most innovative business award.
