The National Landlord Investment Show is marking its 100th event today at Old Billingsgate in London with an expanded education programme and more than 100 exhibitors.

To coincide with the milestone, organisers have introduced three new areas of focus alongside the show’s existing programme of seminars, panel discussions and industry exhibitors.

The first is a dedicated wealth management programme, including a panel chaired by Kate Faulkner OBE examining long-term property investment, retirement planning, succession, tax efficiency and the impact of regulatory changes such as Making Tax Digital.

The show is also introducing a greater emphasis on commercial property investment. A new panel session will explore opportunities beyond the traditional buy-to-let sector, covering areas including flexible workspace, mixed-use developments, logistics and retail repurposing.

A third addition is the launch of the ‘100 Interviews’ series, featuring interviews with property professionals, investors and industry commentators recorded throughout the event. The interviews will be made available after the show via the Landlord Investor TV YouTube channel.

The National Landlord Investment Show said the additions reflect its aim to broaden the educational content available to landlords and property investors as the market continues to evolve.
