Agents taking part in a regular industry podcast have started fund-raising for a children’s hospice.
The Rainbow charity, in Leicestershire, has been chosen by the Estate Agents Podcast.
The plan is to raise at least £1,000 to have agent Shaun Adams, of Cooper Adams on the south coast, dress up as Santa’s chief elf at Santa’s grotto on Sunday, December 1, at Knightsbridge Estate Agents – not far from the hospice.
There is an irony alert here: Adams apparently thinks Christmas is over-commercialised and even his best friends have been known to refer to him as Scrooge. However, he has sportingly agreed to take part.

Rainbows, the only hospice for children and young people in the east midlands, cares for and supports both sufferers and their families.
