The FIA strikes Marvellous deal with industry trainer Julian O’Dell

The Federation of Independent Agents (FIA) has this morning announced a new partnership with Marvellous Training Solutions a major provider of online estate agency and lettings training and consultancy support, led by estate agent and training expert, Julian O’Dell.

There are a multitude of subjects that agents can improve on in any market but given the signals, next year could be particularly challenging, according to Graham Lock, founder of the FIA.

He said: “I want to make sure our members have what they need at their fingertips and benefit from our strategic commercial partnership. Having spoken to Julian at length and researched that market I believe Marvellous Training Solutions to be a great fit for The FIA.’

O’Dell is also going to be presenting a keynote speech at the annual FIACON event in December, this will give FIA members a great insight into what’s possible and how training can shift the dynamics of a business and its teams’ mentality.’

“I’m really looking forward to welcoming Julian to The FIA family and I’m positive that our members will appreciate the depth and quality of his training, starting with FIACON in December which will give all of us an opportunity to see him in action,” Lock added.

O’Dell commented: “I am very excited to be linking up with the FIA which is an industry group I have admired for some time, and which fits in with my ethos and standards as to how estate agency should be conducted.

“The FIA member agents who are existing clients of mine share an appetite for improvement in skills and approaches, reflected by an ongoing investment in our training programmes. In short, they seem to be great agents seeking to become greater.

“I’m looking forward to working with the wider FIA network in coming months to help equip them to come through challenging times in even better shape in terms of market share and results.”
