Estate and letting agents are being invited to submit their biggest business challenges ahead of a free industry webinar later this month.
The Estate Agent Consultancy (TEAC) will bring together four industry coaches for its Work Smarter, Win More Listings session on 28 October.
Rather than follow a fixed presentation, the webinar will focus on questions and challenges submitted by agents when registering.
The panel will cover sales, lettings, compliance and leadership, with advice aimed at agency owners, managers and self-employed agents.
TEAC founder Chris Webb will be joined by Rachel Ollington, Ev Foster and Hannah McCartan.
Webb has worked in estate agency for 20 years and has written two books on growing agency businesses.
Meanwhile, Ollington previously built and sold a lettings agency in Essex. She is also a landlord, property investor and Propertymark ambassador.
Foster is a former agency owner and previously spent more than six years as operating principal of Keller Williams Scotland.
McCartan ran a Welsh lettings agency for 18 years, during which the business let more than 4,000 properties.
Trainer and speaker Toby Martin will host the session.
Webb said: “Most estate agents work incredibly hard, but what they’re often missing is the time and the strategy to focus on the things that actually win business.
“Rather than us deciding what agents need to hear, we’re asking them to tell us.”
Martin added: “Most webinars are a one-way presentation, but this one starts with the audience.”
The webinar will take place at 12.30pm on Wednesday 28 October and is free to attend.
