Property Academy has launched its annual survey to find the best suppliers to the industry.

The Best EA Supplier Guide Awards is sponsored by Simon Whale’s business Kerfuffle, which helps agents to identify the best suppliers for their needs.

The Awards are part of this year’s EA Masters, which includes a Conference featuring over 40 speakers, as well as the results of this year’s Best Estate Agent Guide Awards.

Over 500 suppliers to the estate agency industry are currently competing to win a Best EA Supplier Guide Award. That is more than double the number compared with the inaugural awards in 2017 and a 20% increase on last year. This explosion in the number of suppliers and solutions on offer makes these awards even more valuable to agents, providing them with another tool to help them identify the best.

The winners will be decided by a combination of votes from their estate agent customers in Property Academy’s supplier survey (75% of the scores) with ratings on Kerfuffle.com contributing a further 25% towards the final score.

There are three size bands to allow businesses of all sizes to take part. Last year’s winners were Relocation Agent Network (Large and Overall Winner) Best Medium (Vouch) Best Small (Stephen J Brown Consultancy).

The winners of each category receive an award and the overall winners are also presented with a trophy by Simon Whale of Kerfuffle, sponsor of the Best EA Supplier Guide and Peter Knight, organiser of the EA Masters, which this year is being broadcast on 8th October, 2020 to an online audience of estate agents and property professionals.

Suppliers can encourage their customers to vote, and the top 20% of suppliers, as voted for by their estate agent customers, will be classified as Highly Rated, the top 10% as Excellent, and for the top 5% Exceptional, and listed on the Property Academy and Kerfuffle websites.

Last year, the survey received 7,438 votes. The survey closes at 5pm on 27th September.
