Lockdown Learning Project launched

Tessa Shepperson of Landlord Law Services has launched the catchily titled ‘Lockdown Learning Project’ which will cover different aspects of landlord and tenant law and practice. The aim is to provide learning for those at home, in lockdown.

Shepperson told EYE:

“To help landlords (and indeed anyone in the Private Rented Sector) we will be making available a training course or video every week which will either be totally free of charge or at a very low cost.

“Each course will be featured for one week – the week will run from every Wednesday.

All courses will be mobile friendly so you can view them on all your devices.”

The first course looks at Consumer Law.

You need to be careful this is not classed as training for furloughed staff, as this may infringe the Government grant status of the scheme, as it could be deemed as “work”
