Self-employed agency team joins TAUK network

Ian Wilkinson

TAUK has expanded its network with the addition of self-employed agency leader Ian Wilkinson and his team.

Wilkinson, who leads Agent MXM and previously co-founded Cheshire estate agency Snowden Wilkinson, has joined the self-employed estate agency platform alongside his team.

He co-founded Snowden Wilkinson in 2005 and spent almost 20 years growing the business across Stockport and the wider Cheshire market before moving to the self-employed model with Agent MXM, which operates across Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

Founded in December 2020, TAUK now has more than 250 self-employed agents operating across England.

The latest appointment follows a series of recent additions to the TAUK network as it continues to expand its self-employed agent model.

Wilkinson sad: “One of our values as a business is that we never stand still, and this is an amazing opportunity for me and my team to accelerate our businesses to the next level by working with the team at TAUK, who have walked the walk and built the systems to make it happen.”

RLB hires former Colliers marketing chief to lead sales and marketing

Helen O’Reilly

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Helen O’Reilly as head of sales and marketing for the UK and Europe.

O’Reilly joins the independent built environment consultancy from Colliers, where she served as a UK board director and led the firm’s marketing and communications function. In the role, she oversaw a multidisciplinary team responsible for digital marketing, lead generation and brand development.

Her appointment is the latest in a series of senior hires aimed at supporting RLB’s growth strategy.

Earlier this month, the consultancy appointed Nicole Bisson as business development partner, a role focused on supporting business growth, market expansion and the firm’s operations across the UK, Europe and international markets.

RLB said the appointments form part of its ongoing investment in sales, marketing and business development as it looks to expand its presence across its core markets.

“The business has demonstrated a clear commitment to investment, innovation and long-term growth, and I am looking forward to working with colleagues across the UK and Europe to build on that momentum,” said O’Reilly.
