Anderson Rose restructures prime central London team

Anderson Rose has restructured its prime central London team as the estate agency prepares to expand its presence across the capital.
The changes follow the departure of Scott Joseph, who helped establish the firm’s presence in London’s prime residential market. Fin Chesterman has been promoted to head of prime central London, while Archie Gillies has joined the team from the agency’s Tower Bridge office.
Founder and managing director Jon Byers will oversee the prime central London operation, covering Mayfair, Belgravia, Marylebone, Kensington, Chelsea, Bayswater and St John’s Wood, while leading plans to expand the business into additional prime London markets.
Jon Byers, founder of Anderson Rose, said: “After five years of steady growth this is an important step for Anderson Rose’s Prime Central London office. We are thrilled to announce Fin Chesterman as Head of PCL and look forward to seeing him drive the team onto new heights. Whilst I continue to oversee the business as a whole I will be focusing my efforts to support the PCL office, whilst also engaging exciting plans to expand our offering to new reaches of prime London.”
Chesterman commented: “Anderson Rose is a fantastic estate agency with a growing presence in prime central London and an excellent track record, so I’m very excited to now be leading this team. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and solutions to clients and believe my in-depth market knowledge and approach will help contribute to the future success of the company.”
Before joining Anderson Rose in 2025, Chesterman cut his teeth in the industry at James Pendleton and JLL, after graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate Management.
Cavanna Homes appoints industry leader Jason Schofield as Chairman

Cavanna Homes has appointed Jason Schofield as its new non-executive chairman, succeeding Keith Miller following his retirement from the role.
Schofield brings more than 30 years’ experience across the residential, commercial and mixed-use development sectors, joining the South West housebuilder.
Schofield’s connection with Cavanna Homes stretches back almost two decades.
He said: “I first came across Cavanna Homes around 15 to 18 years ago and was always struck by the level of decency and respect that resonated throughout the business.
“Even then, it was clear that this wasn’t a typical housebuilder. There was a genuine family ethos and a commitment to doing the right thing, whether that’s for customers, colleagues, communities or partners.
“One of the notebooks I carry has the words ‘Do the right thing. Always.’ written on the front. It’s a principle that has guided me throughout my career and it’s one of the reasons I was attracted to Cavanna Homes.”
Schofield began his career in commercial property before moving into housebuilding. He spent ten years with Crest Nicholson as regional director.
Paying tribute to his predecessor, Schofield added: “Keith has made a significant contribution to Cavanna Homes and I would like to thank him for everything he has done for the business. He leaves behind strong foundations and I am looking forward to building on that success.”
