Stirling Ackroyd promotes Alastair Cochrane to group sales director

London-based Stirling Ackroyd, part of Leaders Romans Group (LRG), has promoted Alastair Cochrane to group sales director.

Alastair has worked at Stirling Ackroyd for seven years. Previously regional director (central London), Cochrane is now responsible for all Stirling Ackroyd’s sales across London and the Southeast.

Starting his career 16 years ago as a trainee negotiator in central London he has worked his way up through the ranks consistently delivering exceptional results.

Cochrane recently gained a Level 4 CPAM (Certificate in Property Agency Management) qualification, awarded by Propertymark. The qualification was designed following the recommendation of the Regulation of Property Agents Working Group (RoPA) that estate agents are licensed and adhere to a strict code of practice.

New London-based Dutch desk for Savills

Savills has established a London-based Dutch desk as part of its global residential department.

Headed by Dutchman Deyan Visser, the desk will provide Netherlands-based and Dutch-speaking clients with a single point of contact for their residential real estate needs outside of the Netherlands.

Jelena Cvjetkovic, director, Savills Global Residential, commented, “The Dutch desk is the latest addition to our specialist residential desks based in our global HQ in London, borne out of the need to provide clients with a bespoke service to help them navigate the intricacies of purchasing property outside of their home country.”

Visser added: “We see a number of Dutch individuals looking for second homes across Europe and the Middle East, whether it’s for sun or for snow, or for a purchase driven by relocation or fiscal needs.”

 

Rendall & Rittner announces staff promotions

Property management agency, Rendall & Rittner (R&R), has announced a series of senior staff promotions to support the company’s continued growth plans.

The business, which has almost 90,000 residential units under management across the UK, has an ambitious strategy for sustained growth and says it is committed to investing in its people as the key means of achieving that objective.

Under the latest round of promotions, Paul Denton, Wale Oladunjoye and Daniel Steer have taken on expanded remits within their roles as property directors, allowing greater oversight of R&R’s portfolio. Elisa Keating takes on the role of company Ddirector with a focus on the prime market. With 14 years of experience at R&R, Keating is ideally placed to take on this strategic role ensuring the portfolio continues to expand in a highly competitive market.

The company’s London divisions will be further strengthened with the promotion of James Mattocks, Nicola Milburn, Simon Leech and Charlotte Campbell-Skelly to divisional directors. James Beeston, Jamie O’Loughlin and Charlie Crawley are also promoted to area directors within the London region, and new property team Leaders are confirmed as Lewis Green, Loretta Moore, and Jenniffer Mann.
