New estate agent consultancy launches

Chris Webb

Chris Webb, an experienced estate agent, has launched a new estate agent consultancy business, where he will be providing guidance to estate agents on how to grow their businesses, increasing listing number, sales, fees, plus other potential benefits.

Webb, who spent the last five years overseeing 70 EweMove Franchisees at The Property Franchise Group, says that he can help agents grow their businesses through proven structures, processes and lead generation techniques. This, according to Webb, involves assessing where their business is today, understanding their business goals and aspirations.

Webb says that his new business will help agents put a detailed programme in place to boost their business productivity and overall results, with regular coaching and refinement meetings to ensure the business is headed towards their ultimate business goal

He said: “Having worked in estate agency franchises for most of my career, I’ve always loved the aligned goals this structure brings, with everyone pulling in the same direction. I have tried to reflect this in The Estate Agent Consultancy where if a clients business doesn’t grow then there is nothing to pay, you only pay for tangible results.”

Former head of country homes at Strutt & Parker joins North Residential

Liz Dennison

North Residential in Yorkshire has appointed Liz Dennison, formerly head of country homes at Strutt & Parker, to its management team.

Dennison, who has more than 30 years’ experience working in as an agent, has worked as an independent, Liz Dennison Property Consultancy, since leaving Strutt & parker four years ago.

Dennison will team up with former colleague, Daniel Rigg, who is head of Country Estates at North Residential.

Rigg commented: “Having Liz as part of the senior team is a real coup for us at North Residential and I am personally delighted to be working alongside her again.

“Her second to none expertise and established reputation provides an instant foothold to expand our offering in and around Northallerton, and indeed across the rest of Yorkshire.

“As an independent practice, with no external debt or funding, and full autonomy to pursue ambitious growth plans, we are excited to be able to expand through recruiting an experienced and motivated team that is highly regarded in the residential property sector.”

North Residential has previously announced ambitious expansion plans with the opening of at least three new UK locations per annum, and a targeted growth of around 60% annually.

The company moved to become independent of Knight Frank in Harrogate and more recently expanded into Pocklington as part of ambitious growth plans.

Dennison said: “There is an interesting dynamic in the team and its individual approach that is new and exciting and this has given me great confidence in aligning my own reputation with its future.”
