The Voice of the Agent Conference will be held at the Examination Schools, University of Oxford, on 20 November, bringing together estate and letting agents, industry leaders and speakers specialising in artificial intelligence, behavioural science and marketing.
Organised by We Are Unchained, the one-day conference builds on the Voice of the Agent research programme, which has published 12 reports during 2026 covering subjects including agency fees, marketing, AI, recruitment, regulation, professionalism and consumer behaviour.
Confirmed speakers include Kate Faulkner, Christopher Watkin, Simon Gates, Jo Bourne, Danielle Nash and Clare Yates, with additional speakers expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
The programme will feature keynote sessions exploring the practical application of artificial intelligence in estate and letting agencies, alongside presentations examining advertising effectiveness and brand growth.
Hosted by David Mintz, the conference will be filmed by PVS Media, with sessions to be made available to the wider industry after the event.
Early bird tickets are now on sale.
Simon Leadbetter, founder of We Are Unchained and author of The Voice of the Agent, said: “Our industry has no shortage of opinion. What it has lacked is enough evidence. The Voice of the Agent was created to replace assumption with data and to give agents, suppliers and industry leaders a better understanding of what is really happening across the profession.
“This conference is the annual culmination of that work. Delegates won’t just hear from respected names within the sector. They’ll also hear from experts at the forefront of AI, marketing and behavioural science, bringing fresh thinking that is directly relevant to the future of estate agency.”
