A haunting problem – tenant asks for medium to visit property after ‘something’ grabbed her

Are you haunted by a problem in one of your properties?

A tenant reported that something tried to grab her when in the kitchen and asked the landlord to pay for a medium to visit the house.

Some of the other tenants think she’s nuts; others agree there’s something odd going on in the property.

The landlord might have been tempted to take no notice, but for an earlier incident in which a cleaner hoovering the stairs had her hair pulled by something.

Daniel Buckley put his thoughts on The HMO Group Facebook page – including his suspicion: “There is defo a strange feeling when you walk into this house.”

A chippy had been working there when, Buckley said, he was just popping out. When he got back, the chippy said he had heard some banging and walking about. And yet, no one had been there.

Some comments suggested that Buckley get rid of the tenant, sack the cleaner and not use the chippy again.

Could our readers perhaps offer anything more helpful? And does anyone know the going rate for a medium and whether they’re tax-deductible?

Agree, and then send one of the office staff’s Mum round to wave a joss stick and sprinkle some Zoflora about.
If challenged on veracity, point out that she’s hardly a small – but not quite a large.

If the something wasn’t on the move in inventory or any previous inventory its reasonable to assume the something  has been introduced by the current tenant and its her job to get rid.

We had a similar issue a few years back and it was quite time consuming

Tenant was adamant that the property was haunted and they couldn’t possibly remain there

I initially arranged for the landlords wife (who was a spiritual type) to visit and she placed some crystals in strategic places which would supposedly draw the spirits towards them

in reality though they made the situation considerably worse and the tenant attempted to approach the local council as homeless saying they could no longer live in the property due to the ghosts

In the end we ended up paying the local Catholic Church about £150 to perform a ‘ritual’

Never heard of the problem again

I decided to use Good Vibes 4 Homes services as the flat, where I lived felt good in general but to be in the bathroom was very unpleasant and I didn’t even want to stay there. It felt weird as if someone was watching you. I am very thankful to Good Vibes 4 Homes as after clearing the energy in the flat and bathroom in particular all this unpleasant feelings have disappeared and I started to feel good and relaxed at home. I can recommend Good Vibes 4 Homes services to everyone who want to feel better in their own home or if you want to sell the house but couldn’t sell it for some time. It works!
