One of the South West’s largest independent estate agencies has signed a three-year deal with Zoopla.
Stags operates from more than 25 offices and locations across Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.
The agreement will see Stags list properties on Zoopla. The agency will also use the portal’s valuation lead services to generate instructions.
The partnership marks Stags’ return to Zoopla.
However, it remains unclear how many estate agencies currently list with the portal.
Zoopla did not disclose an overall agency customer figure in today’s announcement. It also omitted the data from its latest trading update, issued earlier this week.
Zoopla said its homeowner subscriber base now exceeds six million. The figure has doubled over the past two years.
As part of its marketing push, the portal also highlighted the potential value of its homeowner audience.
Zoopla claims South West homeowners using its platform generated more than £200m in potential sales commission for agents.
Stags will also use the portal to target buyers from outside the South West.
According to Zoopla, 17% of applicants looking to buy in the region come from elsewhere in Britain.
Stags already targets London and Home Counties buyers through its relationship with The London Office.
