Estate agency rating site raterAgent has named its winning sales agent for January.

Regency Estate Agents, in Bideford, Devon, has taken the title after getting outstanding reviews.

Customers named it as “exceptional”, “first-class”, “outstanding”, “professional” and “responsive”.

raterAgents says it looks at reviews in terms of quality, frequency and quantity, and does its utmost to weed out any fakes.
