Watch it here! Rightmove’s new TV advert to launch on Boxing Day

Rightmove is launching phase two of its national ‘find your happy’ marketing campaign on Channel 4 on Boxing Day, and the new creative will be integrated into all marketing activity throughout 2016.

The next phase of the campaign focuses on the universal feeling of knowing you’ve found ‘the one’ when looking for a home. It follows research into the different stages of happiness during the home-moving process.

The first TV ad visualises this happiness through the planets aligning, and there will be two further new TV ads revealed early next year.

Rightmove says advertising slots on Channel 4 have been carefully chosen within programmes watched by highly motivated sellers and landlords.

National outdoor advertising will appear in 2016, and the creatives will be reflected in all materials offered to agents to use in their own marketing, and on the Rightmove homepage.

In London this will be amplified by 400 Rightmove-branded taxis, along with new branding for the Time Out and Evening Standard partnerships.

Iain Kennedy, head of marketing at Rightmove, said:The find your happy platform has been working extremely well since we launched it back in April 2014, with the bold materials helping us to stand out when people are in their homes and out and about, watching TV or on their mobiles.

“We’re taking the campaign a step further by playing out the happiness people feel when they find ‘the one’, and our strategy of outdoor combined with being on TV constantly means that we’re able to reach even more home-hunters who are actively looking to buy, sell or rent, so that agents gain even more exposure for their properties and brand.”
