Two weeks to go until Propertymark One 2026

With just two weeks to go until Propertymark One 2026, anticipation is building for what promises to be one of the sector’s biggest gatherings of the year.

The conference will bring together property professionals from across the UK for a day of industry insight, networking and debate, featuring a line-up of speakers spanning politics, business, economics and technology.

Delegates will hear from ex-deputy prime minister Angela Rayner, who is set to take part in a live Q&A on housing policy and reform, while Sir Mel Stride will offer his perspective on the economic outlook and property taxation. Other keynote speakers include Karren Brady, who will discuss leadership and business growth, political commentator Daisy McAndrew, and technology presenter Lara Lewington, who will examine the growing role of AI in business.

Alongside the conference programme, the event at ExCeL London provides agents with an opportunity to reconnect with industry colleagues, exchange ideas and discuss the challenges and opportunities currently shaping the property sector.

Jason Lee, head of commercial at Propertymark, said: “Propertymark One is just two weeks away and the response from the industry has been exceptional, with a sold-out exhibition floor and over 80 leading suppliers confirmed to exhibit.

“This event is about bringing the sector together at a pivotal time, giving agents access to the insight, tools and connections they need to succeed in a fast-moving market.

“With final tickets now limited, we strongly encourage anyone still considering attending to secure their place as soon as possible.”

Anyone who pays Angela Rayner to speak needs to view the Andrew O’Neil video on You Tube.
