Sales Progressor of the Year 2022 winner is revealed

The winner of the mio Sales Progressor of the Year 2022 awards, which celebrate outstanding achievement in the role of Sales Progression, has been announced.

Tracey Keithson, sales progressor at Connells in Ashford, Kent, has beaten hundreds of estate agents to win this prestigious award, with Lenny Fitzsimons of Anthony Quirk & Co and Philippa Scott of Roger Platt Estate Agents close runners-up.

Keithson has worked in the property industry for over 20 years and received commendations from colleagues, conveyancing firms and customers, as one of Tracey’s clients commented, “Tracey is the perfect example of what good looks like: always responsive, professional and with the tenacity of a wolf! No problem is too small and her communication style both in person and written is exemplary. Tracey’s kind nature and drive to do the best she can is what stands her out form the rest and I would go as far as to say that if I ever buy a house again I would want her by my side. Any company would be honoured to have her as part of the team whatever the role as it’s just in her nature to be great. Going the extra mile would underestimate how hard Tracey works on behalf of all of her clients.”

Nominations for the award highlighted Keithson’s outstanding professionalism and client care she provides in her role. She was complimented for her customer-centric focus and exceptional ability to pull all parties in the chain together to achieve their common goal, and even going out of her way to assist others involved in the chain and colleagues at other branches. The judges were particularly impressed by the qualities Tracey showed in delivering a positive customer experience, demonstrating an effective blend of diligence, assertiveness, excellent communication, reliability, positivity and tenacity when the going gets tough.

Nick Ball, mio Sales director, commented: “2022 has been incredibly hectic and demanding year for estate agents and Sales Progressors have been the backbone in making sales transactions happen. We have been extremely impressed by the extraordinary lengths sales progressors have gone through to keep their chains intact and clients moved, against a growing tide of uncertainty and delays in the property market. Tracey is a fantastic example of excellence in sales progression and is a credit not just to her business, but also to the property industry.”

2022 marks the third annual Sales Progressor of the Year awards which was open to all UK estate agents.

Entries were judged by mio directors Nick Ball and Jon Horton with guest judging panel of property industry experts; Glynis Frew, director at The Property Franchise Group, Mark Wescott, director at the Relocation Agent Network, Charlotte Jeffrey-Campbell, director of The Able Agent and eXp Agent and past propertymark president, Liana Loporto-Browne.
