Rightmove’s enhanced leads have been integrated with Alto, allowing lettings agents using the CRM to receive and manage prospective tenant enquiries directly within the platform.
The integration means enhanced leads generated through Rightmove’s Enquiry Manager are delivered to Alto in real time, rather than agents having to manage the information separately. Agents can also begin the process of carrying out a free soft credit check on a prospective applicant from within the CRM.
The enhanced leads feature includes additional information provided by prospective tenants, such as affordability, when they expect to be ready to move and who they intend to rent with. It is now included with all of Rightmove’s lettings memberships, while Enquiry Manager remains part of the portal’s wider Lead to Keys suite of lettings products.
The portal has made a series of other changes to its lettings products, including updates to Tenancy Manager to provide a clear Renters’ Rights ready workflow, and changes to its referencing service covering digital identity verification, income verification and sharecode capture.
It has also launched a Renter Checklist designed to guide tenants through the rental process and connect with its Lead to Keys products.
Rightmove’s Alto connection follows integrations with other CRM systems last year. James Bassil, director of product at Rightmove, said: “We’re really excited to announce the onboarding of Alto, a natural next step to make sure our enhanced leads feature is integrated, making the lives of letting agents much easier.
“It’s been a smooth process working with the Alto team and we’re looking forward to working together in the future.”
Nick Shaw, chief revenue officer at Alto, said: “By connecting enhanced lettings leads into Alto, we’re helping thousands of busy agents save time, cut out manual processes, and focus on matching the right tenants with the right homes.
“We’re excited to see this collaboration drive tangible results for agents and their clients.”
