Rightmove has announced its upcoming webinars for agents, starting with a focus on navigating the existing rental market.

Taking place on 25 January, the webinar will be presented by trainer Josh Phegan alongside Spencer Lawrence, lettings director at Paramount, based in West Hampstead, London.

The webinar is focused on supporting agents in getting more out of their existing lettings portfolio and increasing revenue in a low stock lettings market.

Phegan and Lawrence will address moving more landlords to being fully managed, redefining services and workflows, and meeting the needs of landlords in the future.

The latest data from Rightmove shows that homes are finding tenants in just 17 days, more than a week quicker than this time last year.

Richard Rawlings, a well-known estate agency trainer, joins Rightmove to discuss maximising an agency’s marketing, providing agency directors and managers with strategies to implement across the team.

He will be focusing on multiple topics across marketing, including using every instruction to generate another two, and how to steer agents to convert buyers into sellers.
