The UK’s top-rated agents! And the winners are…

Reviews site allAgents has announced the results of their coveted 2020 Annual Estate & Letting Agent Customer Experience Awards, recognising the UK’s top-rated agents and industry suppliers.

The whole event is funded entirely by allAgents and over 17,000 agents and 27,000 branches on their directory were automatically entered from across the UK.

The awards, revealed today, are based on independent customer reviews posted during the period of 1st September 2019 to the 31st August 2020.

Martin McKenzie, a director at allAgents, said: “This has been a very challenging year for everyone, so it is good that we are able to offer some positive news. Customer experience has definitely improved and we are pleased to be in a position to recognise the best of the best in their field.

“All our reviews originate directly from our website and have not come from any third-party platforms so therefore we have confidence in the validity of our reviews.

“This year we have  introduced a new Conveyancing award in recognition of the increased customer feedback that we have been receiving for this sector.”

There are national, regional and local awards allowing consumers to find the best agents for the past year. Congratulations to all this year’s winners.

A good day for Manning Stainton and Northwood as they’ve cleaned up with half the awards on this list.

Personally I have never given any attention to who won what, where and how.

I can see how a little brag might help but I just aim to treat everybody the same and that’s how you treat me. There is good business in this industry and bad business, I tend not to get the two confused anymore.

I’m sure this is not always the case but I will not go out of my way to encourage positive reviews, they should be earned.

Would they win anything if it was based on a percentage of successful sales and lettings compared to listings, and not reviews asked for on completion of a transaction, it all depends on when the review link is sent to the customer never on fall through or no sale or let.
