A recruitment firm Macdonald & Company has beefed up its residential offering with two key hires.

Richard Wilson joins from Deverell Smith, where he led the agency division for over four years.

His remit at Macdonald & Company, a subsidiary of Prime People plc, is to grow its residential division both in the UK and internationally.

Martin Halim joins as associate director, having previously worked with Wilson.

Macdonald & Company specialises in property recruitment and is the official recruitment partner of the RICS.
