Continued doom and gloom in the press about the UK property market continues. The market is dead. It’s a buyers market etc etc. In this week’s UK Property Market Stats Show, we get underneath those headlines and look at what is actually happening in the UK property market. No sentiment… just cold hard facts

We look at the sales, listings & exchanges  from new listings and price reductions to sales agreed, fall-thrus and exchanges for week 40 & then ask what those numbers are really telling estate agents about the market they are working in right now.

Joining me on the Stats Show this week is Kristian ‘Stotty’ Stott, and as you might expect, the property market statistics very quickly turn into many hard hitting home truths for estate agents. We get into why Estate Agents overvalue, offer cheap fees & why agents leave price reductions too late & why getting the listing is pointless if the strategy afterwards does not actually help the homeowner move.

In the second part of the show, we head to Warrington and put the local Warrington estate agents under the microscope. Not simply who lists the most homes, but who actually gives homeowners the strongest chance of moving, who achieves the better prices and who appears to be gaining ground locally. If you are an estate agent anywhere in the UK, the way we analyse Warrington might give you a few ideas about how you could prove your own value too.
