As a customer of REAPIT, its about time REAPIT focused on delivering the fundamental basics of their offering.   Customer service is non existent, painfully slow, and they are more interested in winning business than looking after the people who pay the bills.

hah! welcome to reality. the software companies know the switching costs are so high that they have you by the short and curlys. sadly the squeakiest wheel gets the oil – so make a nuisance of yourself and you’ll get some service.

When you say ‘Switching costs’ Mrlondon52′, are you referring to all the work involved in using a new system and the transferring of data? Just curious as this will be one of our hurdles in recruiting new agents.
