Marc Goldberg appointed new sales director at Marsh & Parsons

Marsh & Parsons has announced that Marc Goldberg has been appointed to the role of sales director, effective immediately.

Goldberg will lead the sales activity across the Marsh & Parsons portfolio of 33 offices and join the executive team.

He was was previously regional sales director, with responsibility for residential sales across nine prime central London offices. He has plenty of experience in the estate agency sector having held senior positions at Hamptons International and Dexters, as well as a number of consultancy roles.

Goldberg said: “Having been part of Marsh & Parsons growth over the past six months, I have hugely enjoyed working with the exceptional central London sales team that works tirelessly to deliver the best possible results for our clients. I look forward to sharing this experience in my new role as sales director and am excited about the continued growth of the company.”

ERE Property appoints new business development manager

ERE Property has expanded its lettings division with the appointment of business development manager Kristian McClory.

He will be responsible for looking after an existing portfolio of properties in Leeds, Bradford, Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding areas for BTL landlords and taking on and developing new instructions.

Chris Stone, lettings director of ERE Property, said: “ERE Property is committed to providing a premium service to landlords and Kristian’s appointment as business development manager, together with other key new appointments in our lettings team, will ensure we deliver this.”

apropos appoints senior marketing professional

apropos has added Anna Russell to its marketing team.

Russell has extensive experience in creating innovative marketing strategies to drive growth and challenge market leaders.

She was most recently the interim head of marketing for Audi UK having previously been the national brand and retail marketing lead.

Russell spent eight years in the USA and rose to become the general manager for brand marketing for Audi in America at a time when Audi was being transformed to challenge the established market leaders of Mercedes, BMW, and Lexus.

She helped to launch Audi’s first electric vehicle the ‘e-tron’ in the UK, and also led the app development for Coca-Cola Freestyle, Coca-Cola’s vending machine technology, and oversaw the Ritz-Carlton Destination Club portal re-design.

I have extensive experience in creating campaigns that, despite being significantly outspent by competitors, were more innovative and had greater cut through and impact.
