Propertymark is moving its flagship annual conference to a larger London venue next year, with more than 2,000 property professionals expected to attend.

Propertymark One 2027 will take place on 25 June at the ICC Auditorium, ExCeL London, following this year’s event, which attracted almost 2,000 delegates.

The conference, held in association with headline partner Rightmove, will feature two main stages, eight breakout sessions and more than 100 exhibition stands.

The expansion follows the 2026 conference, which featured more than 80 suppliers and brought together estate agents, policymakers and industry leaders.

Deputy prime minister and housing secretary Angela Rayner was among the headline speakers, answering questions from delegates on housing policy and issues affecting the property sector.

The event also covered transaction delays, regulatory reform, artificial intelligence and the challenges facing sales and letting agents.

Propertymark has yet to announce the speaker line-up for 2027.

Housing reform and AI on the agenda

Next year’s conference will focus on housing market reform, regulatory compliance, artificial intelligence and agency business growth.

Proposed changes to the home-buying and selling process will feature alongside evolving material information requirements.

For letting agents, sessions will examine legislative changes and their implications for landlords, tenants and agency operations.

The programme will also explore how agents can use technology to improve efficiency, generate instructions and respond to changing consumer expectations.

Propertymark said speakers would include representatives from both inside and outside the property industry.

Propertymark targets more than 2,000 delegates

Jason Lee, head of commercial at Propertymark, said the move to ExCeL would allow the organisation to accommodate more delegates and exhibitors.

“Moving into the ICC Auditorium gives us the opportunity to take the event to another level. With two main stages, eight breakout sessions and our biggest exhibition yet, we’re creating an experience that brings together the people, expertise and businesses that make this profession what it is.”

Lee said the conference would focus on issues directly affecting property professionals.

“We understand that agents want to hear from people who have the knowledge, experience and expertise to speak with authority about the issues affecting their businesses and the wider property market.”

Propertymark expects more than 2,000 delegates to attend the 2027 event. The full programme and speaker line-up will be announced in due course.

Early-bird ticket discounts are available until December.
