The Fine & Country Foundation has awarded more than £47,000 to 27 charities tackling homelessness, poverty and financial hardship.
The estate agency network’s charitable foundation distributed £47,410.63 through its 2026 Autumn Grant Scheme.
The funding will support organisations in the UK and overseas.
The announcement comes as charities prepare for increased demand during winter. Colder weather and rising household costs often place greater pressure on vulnerable families.
Each year, the Foundation offers grants of up to £3,000 to charitable organisations.
Fine & Country offices help raise the money through fundraising events, donations and community activities.
This year’s recipients include Stratford-upon-Avon Foodbank, The Benjamin Foundation, St Paul’s Hostel, Hillhead Housing Association and Kate’s Kitchen.
Other beneficiaries include Project 4 All, Topping Crue Foundation Limited, Raising Health and Pass-it-on.
The grants will help charities provide essential supplies, practical assistance and support services.
Estate agents’ fundraising supports charities
Emilie Despois, trustee of The Fine & Country Foundation, welcomed the latest funding awards.
She said: “We are incredibly proud to be supporting 27 deserving charities through our Autumn Grant Scheme, with more than £47,000 going directly towards initiatives that make a real difference to people’s lives.”
Despois highlighted the additional pressures charities face during winter.
“As we approach the colder months, the challenges facing people experiencing homelessness and poverty become even more acute. For many smaller charities, funding of this kind can have a significant impact, enabling them to maintain essential services and reach those who need their help most.”
She also credited Fine & Country agents and the wider network for their fundraising efforts.
“None of this would be possible without the generosity and commitment of the Fine & Country network, whose fundraising efforts continue to drive The Foundation forward.”
Meanwhile, the Foundation’s ambassadors have helped organise fundraising events and raise awareness throughout the year.
Despois added: “I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Foundation Ambassadors for their dedication and efforts in raising funds. The more we raise, the more lives we can positively impact.”
The latest grants form part of the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to support charities addressing homelessness and poverty.
Through continued fundraising, participating estate agency offices are helping provide financial support to organisations working in their communities.
