Property of the Week – and we seem to have interrupted something

Picture of the Week as spotted on Rightmove – and have we interrupted something?

This couple, nestled up on the sofa, are clearly discussing something important. Their next home perhaps?

Could he even be the negotiator? Unlikely, since he seems to be wearing tracksuit bottoms. But you never know in these more dressed-down times.

Could those be property particulars they’re looking at?

Or a bad school report? The local take-away’s price list? Or the EPC, which the Government’s new leaflets make clear is easily the most important thing about any property?

It’s all a bit of a mystery.

But the real puzzle is why the photographer didn’t simply ask them to move out of the way.

What sort of moron would even take that photo? How hard is it to ask them to move? I admit, i’ve left the odd tea towel in shot before having not noticed it, but 2 people??????

I took a garden shot once, and didn’t notice the owner peering through the trees like some deranged stalker… Neither did the corporate department who had to approve property details before putting it online, so at least I wasn’t the only one!

They were asked to move but they’re sitting tenants.

I took a living room photo which included a woman getting a b00b examination by a TV doctor.

I swear it was unintentional – I snap away like a Japanese tourist to be sure there are some half-decent shots to pick from.

It didn’t make it on to Rightmove, however…
