Property Investors Awards 2020 winners announced

The winners of this year’s Property Investors Awards were announced in a virtual ceremony.

In what was a very different way of celebrating this year, the awards moved online for 2020 to make sure the investors were still honoured across a range of different categories, representing various levels of the property investment industry.

Daryl Norkett, relationship director at Lendwell and one of this year’s judges, said: “We’ve had a really difficult year this year, a lot going on, lots still going on and what’s impressed me the most is the desire of property investors and developers to get out there, think about what might happen, think about what the risks might be but then come up with property deals where they can pivot with multiple exits, adapt and make them work whatever the market does.”
