If you are a boss, are you paying your staff the going rate?
If you are an employee, how does your pay compare?
Today we are asking for your help in completing an annual salary survey, which will benchmark pay in the industry.
It will also enable us to ascertain whether pay has been going up, down or staying static, and to compare rates of pay with other industries.
The survey, carried out by Rayner Personnel in conjunction with EYE, can be answered by both bosses and staff.
It covers both sales (the first page of the survey) and lettings (the second page), so please answer either one or both parts of the survey as applicable to you.
The results will be published in EYE as soon as they have been analysed.
Although you are asked for brief personal details, these will remain confidential, will not be passed on to any third party and will not go on to any database.
