Pivotal Growth has acquired Purely Financial Planning Limited and KMC Financial Ltd, expanding its presence across the south east of England.
Purely, based in Walton-on-Thames and established in 2014, is led by Duncan Hodgson and Andrew Glover. KMC Financial, based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, is led by Kevin Orchard, who will remain in place following completion.
Both firms will continue to operate under their existing leadership structures as part of the wider Pivotal Growth network.
