There is only one way to describe this London flat: it’s awfully small.

You could get yourself breakfast in bed without having to actually get out of bed.

And the loo and basin are convenient for the shower, which we imagine (although frankly it’s best not to) that you could pretty well do what you have to do, take a shower and clean your teeth all at the same time.
