Well, we don’t want to go over the top, so we’ll just say it must be the most expensive in Knutsford.
It’s on with Fine & Country and as the 52 photos amply illustrate, it looks very desirable – but at that price?

Just think if the owners had chosen the cheapest* of the passive intermediary ‘list and leave alone’ firms they could have saved £4,859,402*

Is it just me or do other agents find it annoying when their counterparts don’t list/carry out full floor plans?
Most London firms show floor plans with measurements, but doesn’t seem to be normal practice outside of the capital.
I work in London but live in Hertfordshire, and firms local to my house never publish proper floor plans.
