The blissful irony of Martin and Co. watermarking terrible photos, probably to prevent other agents stealing them.
Rightmove phone me up and tell me to get rid of watermarks and logos on pictures!
Exactly the same, although all i see is other agents doing it.
Rightmove will probably send these a letter (they no longer worry about calls or reps) saying they’re going to charge them £ 2500 per month as it’s another office.
Makes the house look like a shop – I’d be proper tee’d off if I were the vendor.
Part of me thinks that is brilliant but on the other hand the simpler sections of jo public will think it is Martin & Cos office for sale.
