Picture of the Week – and is the price right?
We’ve seen quite a few price changes in our time, but four in one day is unusual.
Particularly when it’s the first day of marketing.
First listed at £245,000 on August 1, the property went up by £5,000, then down by £5,000, then up by £5,000 – and then down by £50.
When we last looked, it was £249,950.
Oh what a surprise…it’s a FSBO via Purplebricks.

I guess the agent was not ………… up to speed on the correct value. I don’t envy the client selling
