Online mortgage broker Trussle has joined forces with Phil Spencer’s home moving advice website Move iQ to provide homebuyers and homeowners with home financing solutions.

The objective of the collaboration is to create a cohesive home buying journey from a very early stage. Working together on all things mortgage-related, Trussle and Move iQ will be sharing market intelligence with consumers .

Move iQ says that it selected Trussle as its recommended mortgage broker due to its innovative Speed Promise and technology platform.

Trussle’s Speed Promise offers buyers a decision on their mortgage within five days from selected lenders, which in theory offers homebuyers greater certainty from an early stage in the application process.

In addition, Trussle’s offering integrates professional mortgage brokers with a technology first approach. This allows the online broker to position buyers in the best position possible when applying for a mortgage and then guiding them step-by-step through the process.

Amanda Aumonier, head of mortgage operations at Trussle, commented: “Trussle was founded to make the mortgage process simple. Since then, we have invested heavily in our technology platform to ensure our customers can apply for the best mortgage deals as quickly and as stress free as possible. This partnership is an extension of that proposition and we are looking forward to working with Move iQ to help guide buyers through the home buying journey.”

Phil Spencer, founder moveiQ, added: “With an ever-changing landscape its important to us that our audience has access to technically enabled mortgage solutions. Trussle offers this and more – advice is free, and the speed promise offers something different for people where time is of the essence.”

“Mass exodus of private landlords is a catastrophe for the country”, says Phil Spencer
