The organisers of the Personal Estate Agency Awards have announced the independent judging panel for the 2026 awards programme.
The panel brings together professionals from across the property sector, with expertise spanning estate agency, lettings, recruitment, compliance, coaching, PropTech, sales progression, auctions and property presentation.
This year’s judges are Rob Brady, elite performance coach at Iceberg Digital; Amy Shields, commercial director at Smart Compliance; Elaine Penhaul, founder of Lemon and Lime Interiors; Jo Bourne, leadership and business development consultant at Impact CTMD; Josh Rayner, founder of Rayner Personnel and Inside Talent; Natasha Candeias, founder of Property Progressors; Dan Firth, managing director of Bid.; and David Mintz, revenue and marketing director at Kerfuffle.
The organisers said the panel has been selected to ensure entries are assessed independently and from a range of professional perspectives.
The Personal Estate Agency Awards were launched earlier this year to recognise estate and letting agents operating within self-employed and brokerage business models. Finalists and winners will be selected against defined judging criteria rather than by the event organisers.
Chris Webb, founder of The Estate Agent Consultancy and creator of the awards, said: “One of our key objectives from the outset was to build a judging process that entrants could trust.
“We wanted a panel made up of respected professionals from across different areas of the property industry, bringing a variety of experiences, expertise and perspectives to the judging process.
“The awards are designed to celebrate genuine excellence across the personal estate agency sector, so it was important that finalists and winners would be determined independently and on merit.
“We’re incredibly grateful to have secured such a strong panel of judges and we’re looking forward to seeing the nominations that come forward over the coming weeks.”
With nominations now open, organisers are encouraging agents, brokerage businesses and teams from across the UK to put themselves forward for consideration.
Entries are completely free to submit, and nominations can be made by individuals themselves, as well as colleagues, clients and industry peers. The deadline for submissions is 31 July.
