NRLA launches new landlord podcast

The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) has launched a new podcast series “Listen Up Landlords” to provide information, insight and analysis when it comes to the private rented sector.

Richard Blanco

The monthly podcast, which kicked off with its first episode last Friday, will cover a wide range of topics impacting landlords, agents, PRS and the wider housing market.

Hosted by NRLA Chief Executive Ben Beadle and veteran broadcaster and NRLA regional representative Richard Blanco, episode one looked at the latest on the Renters’ Reform Bill, among other issues.

Beadle said: “With more than 10 million people in the UK listening to podcasts each week, it’s a great way to get our voice out there, to support members and to share landlords’ experiences.

“As we move further into 2021, we look forward to working with expert guests to create a valuable and entertaining podcast for landlords, to encourage debate and conversation on issues affecting us all.”

Listen Up Landlords will be available soon on all popular podcast platforms including Apple podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts as well as the NRLA website.
