Highly regarded estate agency trainer, consultant and columnist Julian O’Dell has in his possession two VIP tickets for Imelda May’s gig in Nottingham next month that he would like to give away for free – ideally to someone in the property industry.

He was planning to attend the gig wife his wife, Cat, but unfortunately that will not be possible as she is currently in the “extremely vulnerable” category. Instead, he has very kindly offered to give the tickets away as he wants to “help make someone’s day”.

O’Dell explained: “Occasionally I am blown away and left speechless by acts of kindness within the property industry. Earlier, on other social media channels, I posted that due to my wife’s poor health and clinical vulnerability, we were unable to use our two Gold VIP tickets [front row tickets, access to soundcheck, Q&A session, etc] for Imelda May’s gig in Nottingham on 5th April.

“Within minutes, a well-known industry figure [refusing to be named] has bought them at face value and donated them back to me to give to somebody who deserves a special night out. There is even £50 spending money thrown in. I have seen and met Imelda a number of times – somebody is in for an amazing experience, thanks to this unnamed benefactor.

“So who do you know that you would like to nominate? Who has had a tough time in recent months and needs a night out to blow off steam? All they need to do is make their way to Nottingham and back on 5th April.”

If you would like to nominate someone, simply contact O’Dell via julianodell@live.co.uk. He would like to choose somebody by close of business on Thursday 24th March.
