Payment technology firm flatfair has teamed up with Accommodation.co.uk to offer their No Deposit Solution to residents occupying short-term rental in what is believed to the first partnership of its kind in the sector.

Rather than pay a traditional deposit, Accommodation.co.uk’s customers will now be given the chance to sign up to flatfair’s No Deposit Solution for a one-off cost of £100 + VAT, with guests agreeing to settle any charges at the end of the stay as if they were checking into a hotel.
