Moveli has launched an AI-powered marketing appraisal and proposal tool as it continues to develop its own estate agency technology.

The system was built in-house and forms part of the company’s Moveli OS platform.

It allows brokers to create personalised proposals following a property valuation. These can include live and sold comparables, automated valuation model (AVM) data, local market information and interactive maps.

Rather than producing a conventional PDF, the system delivers proposals as webpages designed for mobiles, tablets and desktops.

It also tracks when sellers open or revisit a proposal. Brokers can use that information to help determine when to follow up.

Moveli targets more automation

Ben Littlewood, co-founder of Moveli, said the company had opted to develop its own system rather than rely entirely on third-party technology.

“There are plenty of third-party tools available to agents, but they inevitably have to work for hundreds of different agencies,” he said.

“We wanted something built from the ground up around our brokers, our brand and the clients they work with.”

Littlewood said integrating the tool with Moveli | OS would allow the company to connect proposals with further automation and AI functionality.

Chris Littlewood, co-founder, added: “AI is going to fundamentally change how estate agents work.

“Because we’ve built Moveli | OS from the ground up, we’re in a great position to move quickly and put genuinely useful AI directly into our brokers’ workflows.”

Agents step up AI investment

Moveli’s launch comes amid growing investment in AI across the estate agency sector.

The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) has acquired a 25% stake in conversational AI platform Enteka Ai, which is already operating across more than 210 TPFG offices.

Those include branches within Belvoir, EweMove, Hunters, Martin & Co, Northwood and Whitegates.

TPFG is investing £900,000 for an initial 15% equity interest. A further 10% stake is linked to a three-year commercial agreement that will make Enteka its preferred AI provider.

Enteka’s technology handles customer enquiries across telephone, email, SMS, WhatsApp and live chat. It can also qualify leads and arrange appointments.

The developments illustrate how agency businesses are deploying AI across different parts of the customer journey, from initial enquiries and lead qualification to appraisals and seller follow-up.

Moveli said future development of its platform would include further automation. It also plans to introduce AI agents capable of helping brokers prepare proposals.

The company currently has around 100 agents operating across the UK.
