Street.co.uk is set to launch a new property management platform tomorrow that the firm says will feature several innovations not seen before in UK PropTech.

The virtual event, which will focus on the launch of property management and client accounting, is expected to attract in the region of 3,000 agents based on the volume signed up so far, according to the CRM provider.

The organisers have also promised a further eight big announcements at tomorrow’s event, which starts at 4pm, further supplementing the CRM’s existing sales functionality.

The full list of new features is under wraps until the day itself, but Street.co.uk has revealed details of the following exclusive innovations:

– In-app calls, transcription and sentiment analysis

– Payment automation and management

– AI-powered image enhancement
