Agents will have a chance to learn about the Consumer Rights Act and meet the next Property Ombudsman this autumn.

The programme for the Property Ombudsman’s first conference, sponsored by Property Industry Eye and AgencyPro, has now been finalised.

Speakers include Leon Livermore, chief executive of the Trading Standards Institute, and James Monro, leader of the National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team at Powys.

Motivational speaker is the excellent Guy Browning, while other speakers include the RICS’s Andrew Bulmer and outgoing ombudsman Christopher Hamer.

Delegates at the event on October 14 at the National Motor Cycle Museum, Coventry, will also hear legal updates and be introduced to the new TPO.

The event will give four hours of CPD.

Tickets cost £84 with lunch and refreshments included.
