Lettings Live! Triumph for UK’s cream of the crop

Karl Tatler, an agent with five offices on the Wirall, pictured above, has scooped the title of letting agency of the year, seeing off the might of larger rivals.

The highly innovative business wowed the judges, overseen by ombudsman Katrina Sporle.

Karl Tatler also won the award for best training and development.

An extremely popular winner of outstanding contribution was Frank Webster – a man who many would regard as the epitome of just what an agent should be. At Finders Keepers, he has not only underpinned the market in Oxford for a number of years, but has stood for the highest standards, engagement with the industry, and the importance of local knowledge.

Other notable winners were Maxine Lester with one office, Coopers, Foxtons and Connells.

In the supplier category, the revolutionary Fixflo won the award.

Pictured below left to right are Sir Clive Woodward, who presented the awards, Rajeev Nayyar, Jonathan Chapman, and Nick Salmon of Property Industry Eye, trade media sponsor.
