Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has made another acquisition of a multi-office independent agency.
It is expanding its offering in the East Midlands after snapping up five-branch Hill & Clark, which has offices across Lincolnshire.
The business, which launched in 2000, has branches in Lincolnshire, Boston, Spalding, Holbeach, and Bourne, as well as a virtual office in Skegness.
All of Hill and Clark’s 33 employees will transfer over to LRG. But owner Paul Clark will be exiting the business as he approaches retirement.

This is the second acquisition of the year for LRG, following the acquisition of EuroLet last month, a single office lettings business in Bishop’s Stortford.
