Kremer Signs launches digital division after acquisition of display systems business

Kremer Signs has launched a new digital division following its acquisition of Digital Office Systems, with the business now rebranded as Kremer Digital.

The move brings together traditional estate agency signage and digital display systems under one offering, reflecting what the company sees as changing trends on how agents present property on the high street.

For agents, the shift points to growing use of digital window displays as part of day-to-day marketing. The new division focuses on replacing static window cards with screens that can be updated remotely, reducing manual changes and allowing more flexible presentation of listings.

Kremer Digital is introducing a range of display formats, including free-hanging screens designed as an alternative to LED light pockets. The company is also working with VitrineMedia to supply display hardware.

On the software side, its Kremer Connect platform integrates with agency CRM systems to automate property feeds into window displays, keeping listings current without manual input. The system can also be used to display additional content such as video, social media and QR codes.

The company is offering the technology through leasing arrangements that include installation, software and support, aimed at reducing upfront costs.

Tom Cummuskey, sales and marketing director at Kremer, says the launch reflects a wider shift towards digital display technology in estate agency offices, with window space increasingly used as an extension of online marketing rather than a static listing format.

He told EYE: “There’s a real excitement and buzz around Kremer Digital at the moment. We’re seeing agents recognise that their window space is no longer just somewhere to display properties, it’s a powerful digital marketing opportunity.

“What we’re building is something that can genuinely revolutionise the high street presence of estate agents, turning static windows into engaging, data-driven displays that work for them around the clock.”
