Keller Williams names Nicky Stevenson’s successor to head up flagship market centre

Keller Williams has announced its new market centre director in central London in succession to Nicky Stevenson.

Gaven Swan, formerly regional head of training, is now heading up KW Prime.

Swan will continue his training workshops, saying: “My passion for training and business development has not faded one bit.

“In fact, my new appointment has enabled me to hone in on my passion for helping others, working with agents one-to-one each day and to get them into production by teaching them the best tactics in the game.

“Training agents will continue to be a huge part of my role and I have plans for a training calendar designed to ignite the productivity of every agent who walks through our door and into the family of Keller Williams.

“As always our door is open to other agents and leadership teams from other market centres to learn, share and grow from the phenomenal resources and content we have at our fingertips here at KW.”

Nicky Stevenson, who joined Keller Williams only last April, has moved to Fine & Country, where she is now heading up a new initiative which will allow F & C agents to grow their businesses by sub-licensing the brand to self-employed affiliates.

A spokesperson for Keller Williams said: “We were saddened to see her leave but wish her all the best for the future.”
