Michael McIntyre is joining eXp UK – although estate agents hoping he has swapped stand-up for selling homes may be disappointed.
The comedian will instead headline eXp UK’s Christmas Party & Awards Night in London on 3 December.
McIntyre will take to the stage at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms.
The event will bring together agents and businesses from across the eXp UK network.
McIntyre follows fellow comedian Jimmy Carr, who hosted eXp UK’s 2025 Christmas event at The Dorchester.
Previous headline acts have included Katherine Ryan, Tom Allen and Rob Beckett.
The annual event combines eXp UK’s Christmas party with its awards ceremony. The awards recognise agents and teams across the business.
This year’s gathering follows further expansion at eXp UK.
The company passed the 1,000-agent mark earlier in 2026. It has continued to grow its network of self-employed personal agents.
eXp UK has also been expanding its Team model. This allows established estate agency businesses to operate on the platform.
