Women in Estate Agency (WiEA) is encouraging property professionals to bring someone along to its 2027 flagship event. Discounted tickets are now on sale.

The event returns to the Shaw Theatre at Pullman London St Pancras on Thursday 4 March 2027. This year’s theme is We Bring the Vibe, You Bring the Tribe.

Organisers are offering the first 100 tickets in 50 pairs, priced at £249 per person, including VAT. Once the early-bird allocation sells out, individual tickets will cost £269.

The theme follows feedback from this year’s event, when attendees spoke about bringing colleagues, friends and family members in 2027.

WiEA wants to encourage more people to join discussions about career development, leadership, confidence and the challenges facing women in estate agency.

Despite its expanded ambitions, organisers insist the event is still not a conference.

Same venue, different format

The 2027 event will feature speakers from inside and outside the property industry, alongside panel discussions and networking opportunities.

Organisers are also revising the format to introduce more entertainment and audience participation. Some speakers will be announced in advance, while others will remain a surprise.

Rightmove will return as headline partner.

Verona Frankish, chair of Women in Estate Agency, said: “People often tell us that WiEA feels different to anything else they attend in the industry, and that has always mattered enormously to us.

“We want people to learn, of course, but we also want them to leave feeling more confident, more connected and more certain that they have people around them who genuinely want to see them succeed.”

Liana Loporto Browne, co-founder of WiEA, said the theme was intended to encourage attendees to introduce others to the event.

She commented: “There is something incredibly powerful about bringing someone into a room they might never have put themselves in.

“They might hear something that gives them the confidence to back themselves, meet somebody who opens up a completely new way of thinking, realise they are not the only person who has felt the way they do, or simply spend a day surrounded by people who genuinely want to see them do well.”

Loporto Browne stressed that the event was open to men as well as women.

“This is not about women progressing in isolation. WiEA exists to champion women, but real change happens when women and men are part of the conversation together.”

WiEA now has a community of more than 5,000 members. It also operates a regional network, training programmes, partnerships and a podcast.

The organisation says people attending on their own are equally welcome.

Tickets are now on sale. Early-bird pairs cost £249 per person, while standard individual tickets are £269, including VAT.
