Yopa CEO Verona Frankish and Paramount Properties managing director Spencer Lawrence were among the biggest winners at this year’s EA Masters, each receiving an Outstanding Contribution Award.
The pair were recognised at the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards 2026/27 in London yesterday evening, where Location Location, Leapfrog Lettings & Sales and Rampton Baseley claimed the three top agency honours.
Stoke Newington-based Location Location was named Sales Agency of the Year, North Yorkshire’s Leapfrog Lettings & Sales took Lettings Agency of the Year, while south-west London firm Rampton Baseley secured Estate & Letting Agency of the Year.
Frankish, who heads hybrid estate agency Yopa, also chairs the Women in Estate Agency Board.

Lawrence has helped build West Hampstead-based Paramount Properties into an established independent agency since the late 1990s.
Peter Knight, founder of EA Masters, said: “Frankish and Lawrence’s impressive CVs speak for themselves, and both reflect the World Class theme of this year’s EA Masters Conference as they continue to lead and shape the property industry in their fields.”
The awards assess agency performance using sales and lettings data, alongside industry peer review.
Data specialists TwentyEA analyse property listings, transaction outcomes, selling times, fall-throughs and achieved prices.
Organisers say the assessment covers the entire UK agency market, with the top 10% receiving recognition. Around 5% achieve an ‘exceptional’ gold rating, while a further 5% receive an ‘excellent’ classification.
Joanna Knight OBE, CEO of Leaders.inc, said the judging process sets the awards apart from other industry competitions.
She commented: “Unlike other property awards, these awards are underpinned by independent market performance data, with an additional layer of expert assessment, rather than being simply based on who enters or receives the most votes.”
